Crest Hill is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Crest Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. We hosted our mom’s Celebration of Life at Prairie Bluff Golf Club in May, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience. From choosing the date to planning the menu and room setup, Alicia was outstanding. She was patient, accommodating, compassionate, and above all, incredibly kind during such a difficult time. She made the entire planning process feel effortless and truly cared about helping us create a meaningful celebration. The banquet room comfortably accommodated our guests - there were A LOT throughout the day, and was beautifully set with white linens. We were able to personalize the space with our mom’s favorite colors, photos, and décor, making it feel uniquely hers. The room also features private restrooms, a private bar, a large screen for a slideshow, a sound system for your own playlist, and a beautiful private patio for guests to enjoy. We hosted an open house from 1:00–5:00 p.m. with an open bar featuring our mom’s favorite signature cocktails, while guests enjoyed a wonderful selection of appetizers that the staff kept replenished throughout the afternoon. The food was delicious, Tiffany was an absolute sweetheart behind the bar, serving amazing m

I was very disappointed with our experience. This was a Father’s Day weekend outing with three generations of family, including my 7-year-old son, and what should have been a fun day turned into a frustrating one due to repeated interactions with staff. The experience started at check-in, where we stood waiting while staff seemed to ignore us. Once we were helped, the interaction felt abrupt and unfriendly. I had a reserved foursome and paid without issue, but the overall customer service was not welcoming. Unfortunately, it didn’t improve from there. The staff member managing the first tee was equally unfriendly and came across as rude and impatient. It immediately set a negative tone for the round. Later, around hole 9, a course employee drove up and scolded our group for where we had parked our carts near a green and water hazard. The issue wasn’t that he addressed it, but how he addressed it. There had been no explanation of cart rules when we checked in, no clear signage that we saw, and there were visible cart tracks in the same areas. A polite explanation would have gone a long way. The most frustrating interaction happened at the end of the round. The same employee who

We went to music on the patio June 4th. We had great servers and cold buckets of beer while enjoying the band. They warned us that the food was 45 minutes late, but that didn’t matter. The food was great and served hot. All together, a great night.

Four stars and not five bc of the bartender. First off I had a great day and dinner after with my friend. But the bartender wow she was so rude to me. She wasn't rude to anyone else or even my friend that was standing right next to me and I can't help but think it's because I'm not white. Do better Prairie Bluff my money is just as green.

5/2 We came here to golf, and have lunch prior to tee time. We ordered a grilled chicken wrap and a pork tenderloin sandwich. The chicken wrap had shredded chicken that wasn’t grilled and a pork tenderloin was very greasy. I used a couple of napkins to soak up grease off the pork tenderloin. The beer and a french fries were the best part of our meal. The lunch dragged down our review from a 4 star to a 2 star. The golf course is pretty well taken care of for a public golf course and play well. The course has several long par 4’s.
